If, in the organic world to which animals and plants belong, it is possible to consider plants and animals as bioforms with an operating system, based on the classification they are in, then a person can also be considered part of this world programmed by nature. It enables one to take a cybernetic approach to a person and use him/her as the base (instead of hi-tech material objects) in communication processes.

If we recognize that the main resource of a civilization is the person, his possibilities, and his characteristics, then a more adequate use of this resource can give a more purposeful vector of development for a civilization. Moreover, in the following model “Universe – Earth – Human”--a human, with the help of our technology, becomes the component that we know most about.

There is an opportunity to consider a person in manipulation modes, meaning naturally and artificially created senarios. In them, a person can be put in subordinate or lead positions. Certain combinations will allow one to predict and create optimal, comfortable conditions for any person, which will be described in advance in a certain hierarchical scheme. When the given project is realized, it is possible to close “an empty spot” in modern science—cataloging (classification) of the human population. In the given Catalog will be information about the psychophysiology of any person in manipulation modes. It answers modern research in the field of cybernetics, where a person is considered to be a cybernetic structure (biorobot). The given Catalog can also be considered as a Catalog of the software of each person. This approach enables one to predict sales volume of the Catalog similar to the sales volume of software products by Microsoft.
Areas of Practical Application of the Catalog.
Catalog of Human Population can be used in all areas of human activity. Upon creation of the full version of the Catalog, there will exist a powerful tool that can be applied to the following human and political developments:
1. Foreign policy and international affairs
2. Defense capability from external threats
3. Prevention of threats from foreign special services
4. Resolution of personnel issues
5. Production of informational products and services
6. Provision of internal government politics in:

It is important to note that the results of this research can have an effect on a more conscious choice of paths of civilization development by humans. If we say that the most important resource of civilization is a human, his possibilities and characteristics, then a more adequate use of this resource can solve existing dead-end problems. The so-called “main path of world civilization development” cannot be imperative for all humanity, because planet’s resources and biosphere already cannot handle the ecological load.
In a strategic sense, there is an opportunity to uncover and arrange financial/ political forces (groupings) as well as leadership plans and goals of these formations. Then, for example, full neutralization with maximum loss is possible in case of differences in goals of financial/political forces and user of the given technology. It is also possibile to resolve strategic problems within one’s own organization quietly, anonymously and with minimal loss.
Relationships with competitors may be based on manipulation as well: using the competitors to achieve one’s own goals by making them secondary, while keeping them in reserve with partial or full loss of financial and political activity.
From the tactical stand point, there is an opportunity to use this in HR personnel auditing (determination of whether conformity of employees to their positions is real, selection of candidates for key positions, determination of whether employees are compatible, determination of working capacity of a group as a whole): one has the ability to identify people that have a negative effect on the structure and ways to use or neutralize them; optimization of partner relationships; the ability to resolve severe problematic situations that demand urgent intervention (access to a detailed scenario of what actions are necessary for specific problem resolution with the goal of either achieving desired result or minimizing negative consequences).
Further, if we consider the use of the Catalog of the Human Population by any individual in the sphere of his/her private life, the advantages of having knowledge of the program and manipulation modes are as follows:
1. The person no longer needs to spend energy and time in “search of the self", trying to answers questions like “Who am I?”, “What am I?”, or “What do I exist for?". The person stops wasting time and energy on searches for the optimal life mode, allowing for realization of abilities, talents, dreams as quickly and as fully as possible. Time and energy that gets released from these searches can be spent on maximum self-realization in this or that activity. More effective and successful functioning occurs, while abilities develop further and the level of professionalism raises in an area for which the subtype’s program is intended for. Thus, the person gets an incomparably greater degree of survival in comparison with other individuals in their environment that do not have this information.
2. Having the information about the program, the person does not need to collect opinions about himself from his environment and stress about it in order to get an understanding of what s/he represents. This is because the environment, by definition, is not capable of appreciating his value adequately. The person does not need to waste time and energy on self-presentation in the environment because the environment is a community of 293 subtype structures, which are, in fact, cardinally different from each other, and by definition are unable to perceive an individual uniformly. The person no longer has problems of being “misunderstood” by other people; no longer cares about other people's opinions, which do not reflect the real state of things. When realizing that one has programmed characteristics and qualities, a person is released from psychological complexes (that result in dysfunctions at the physiological level), and experiences imposed by the environment (feelings of guilt, etc.).
3. Knowledge about one’s own individual subtype program and manipulation modes (means by which a program self-regulates) allows an individual to consciously take from the environment whatever is necessary for his psychophysiology to work. Doing so stabilizes and harmonizes all processes that occur within it and allows to find the necessary people and situations (or to model them) at one’s own discretion. Thus, a person becomes maximally independent from other people* and forever released from the threat of manipulation by other people**.

* The essence of communication of the individual with the environment is caused only by reception of translations of own manipulation modes. Translation by another of the suppression mode of an individual, for that individual means "love", pleasure, realization of a dream, or happiness. Translations of the balance mode mean friendship, mutual understanding, or identical opinions. Translations of the stimulation mode mean irritation as stimulus for action, hostility, etc.
** Knowledge of manipulation modes of the individual’s "language" of each subtype, which makes it possible to communicate constructively and easily when used, actually allows the manipulation of any person.
Furthermore, another advantage of having the information about the program and manipulation modes of other person, is the ability to resolve the problem of “misunderstanding" of another person, as his/her subtype structure is completely different. The ability to understand another person through his program and knowledge of his manipulation modes gives the information-holder a number of advantages:
- Understanding of the principle of relationships based on knowledge of differences of one subtype's structure (program) from another and accounting for it in any interpersonal relationships
- The ability to build relationships that are needed, desirable or necessary with any person*
- The ability to gain full and boundless authority (while influencing anonymously) ** of this person, as an opportunity to manage his psychophysiology (behavior, opinion of you, reactions, mental and physical health, actions in the environment) in any direction, depending on your goal that is connected with this person (or a group of people) ***

*A person of any subtype structure, any sex, race, nationality; it is possible to get desirable feelings and attitude from a person with any intellectual and cultural-educational level, social status, etc. by the means of application of his own manipulation modes on him.
**Influence on psyche of another person through manipulation modes has the following essential feature: unconscious reactions and the processes that occur in the psyche during application of manipulation modes specific to that person do not get registered by consciousness and intellect.
